The overall objective of the project is to improve the quality, efficiency and effects of the services provided by the Employment Service Agency with a view of reducing unemployment and preventing that people in employment get unemployed.

 The Twinning fiche defines five results that are to be achieved with this project:

• Capacity of ESA built to assess relevancy, efficiency and results of implemented ALMPMs against the needs of the unemployed and employers (eng) 

          Capacity of ESA built to assess relevancy, efficiency and results of implemented ALMPMs against the needs of the unemployed and employers (mk)

• Capacity of ESA strengthened to develop and pilot new ALMPMs
• New and/or improvements of existing ALMPMs introduced in all employment centres
• Capacity of the ESA strengthened to implement IPA funded ALMPMs
• ESA services improved as a continuation of the modernisation of the Agency
